What should I do if I forget my password?

How shall I make my payment?

In your payments by credit card, there is no need for you to make any additional disclosure or statement. After your purchase order is received by us, your cargo courier process will start.

When do I receive my purchase order?

For your purchase orders given by credit card, cargo courier process will start after receipt of credit card payment approval information by bank. Overall period of delivery of products entrusted to cargo courier service is 7 business days, depending on the distance.

Your purchase orders placed after 16:00 hours on Fridays are deemed to have been given on Monday following approval of payment data. Your purchase orders coinciding with public holidays and feast days are deemed to have been received in the first business day immediately thereafter if the payment data are confirmed.

Our Company hereby disclaims responsibilities that may arise out of failures attributable to cargo courier service, but nevertheless copurs.com will do its best to give full support to you for compensation of your damages arising therefrom.

How can I cancel my purchase order?

If you wish to cancel your purchase order before it is entrusted to cargo courier service, you are required to transmit your request of cancellation to us via our telephone line 0 531 991 75 57 or via e-mail address of [email protected] until 14:00 hours in the same day. But if your purchase order has already departed, the cargo item will have to be returned.

Which cargo courier service will deliver my products to me?

Our contracted cargo courier service is Aras Kargo. For international deliveries, it is DHL.

How much cargo courier fee will I have to pay?

Cargo is free in domestic deliveries. However, in international deliveries, cargo courier fee and customs clearance expenses are in the account of the customer, and our international cargo courier fee is fixed at € 40.- level.

How should I take delivery of the product from cargo courier service?

Before signature of cargo receipt document, the product container must absolutely be checked to see whether it is damaged in transit or not.  In case of damages on container, the product must not be received, and the cargo receipt document must not be signed. In this case, cargo courier must be asked to issue a statement, and the product must not be received. Upon signature of cargo receipt document, cargo courier firm is deemed to have completely and duly performed its duty. For this reason, the damaged packages must not be received, and a statement must be requested from cargo courier.

What should I do in case of a deformation on cargo package?

If the package brought by cargo courier firm is damaged, or if you believe there is deformation in the product therein, then, you have the right to open the package and inspect the products before cargo courier. If the products are intact, you may receive them by signing the cargo receipt document. If you believe the products in container are damaged, you must not take delivery of the products, and must request cargo courier to issue a cargo damage form. Thereafter, you must report the incident to our Customer Services Team together with the recipient copy of the statement. Upon receipt of your notice, the subject products will be resent to you. If products in a damaged container are taken delivery, copurs.com cannot be held liable for damages or deficiencies in the products contained in the container.

How will I receive my invoice?

All of your purchase orders will be delivered together with an invoice.

After placing my purchase order, how can I follow up the process?

You may follow up the process of your purchase order via our Purchase Order Follow-up page. Furthermore, when your purchase order is received by us and delivered to cargo courier firm, copurs.com will keep you informed by separate information e-mails.

I did not receive my purchase order. What should I do?

Shall I have to pay fee for returned cargo?

In domestic deliveries, you are not required to pay a fee for returned cargo. But in international deliveries, cargo courier fee and customs clearance expenses are in the account of the customer. You do not pay any cargo courier fee if you prefer our contracted cargo courier firm Aras Kargo, but if another cargo courier firm is preferred for return, cargo courier fee is paid by the customer. How can I return the product I bought?

If you do not like a product, you can return it by cargo courier and claim a repayment within 14 days after receipt of your purchase order (providing that the product is not used in the meantime). You may return the product via Aras Kargo within 14 days after receipt of your purchase order. For the sake of a smooth return of product by using Aras Contract Code (2020948851659), the products must not have been used, and you are hereby kindly requested to deliver the products to cargo courier firm in their original container, with labels not removed and not torn, together with the related invoice. In international deliveries, return cargo courier fee and customs fees and expenses are in the cost of the customer.

How can I return the product sent to me from the Store?

You can return the products within 14 days following receipt of your purchase order. To this end, you may make free dispatches through Aras Kargo branches. Then, cargo courier will come to the address designated by you to receive the package. For the sake of a smooth return of product, the products must not have been used, and you are hereby kindly requested to deliver the products to cargo courier firm in their original container, with labels not removed and not torn, together with the related invoice.

Free Return by Cargo Courier Service

You can return the products within 14 days following receipt of your purchase order. However, the products wished to be returned must not have been used, and must be in their original container and pack. Together with your invoice in the package, you can freely return the products through any Aras Kargo branch with reference to Copurs dispatch code (2020948851659). You may state the following delivery address: Merkez Mah. Birahane Sk. Hel Boll İş Merkezi No:20 A Bomonti – Şişli / Istanbul- TÜRKİYE. In shipments through firms other than Aras Kargo, please keep in mind that Copurs does not accept to pay cargo courier fee or to make payment at delivery and does not also pay the return cargo fee. In returns from abroad, cargo courier fee and customs fees and expenses are in the account of the customer.

How many days is the period of return?

According to the article “Right of Withdrawal in Convenience” of the Law on Protection of Consumers, the period of return is fourteen (14) days after the date of receipt of the product.

Will I have to pay the cargo courier fees and expenses in returns?

Cargo courier fees and expenses of all domestic returns are in our account. You can deliver the returned products to Aras Kargo Branches by using our cargo dispatch code (2020948851659). Returns by cargo courier firms other than Aras Kargo are unfortunately unacceptable. In returns from abroad, cargo courier fee and customs fees and expenses are in the account of the customer.

How are my instalment payments refunded to me?

In all kinds of payments, the full amount is refunded by us to your bank. If you are making your payment in instalments, your refunds will be reflected onto your credit card as a positive balance equal to amount of instalments every month. This reflection of refunds to your credit card in instalments every month is entirely related to the general processes and practices of banks. You can get detailed information thereabout from your bank. In addition, you will be able to see the refunds in your account extracts as well.

In which time after return of products will the refunded money be reflected into my account?

Depending on your payment terms, the refund money will be credited to your credit card or your account within 10 business days. Time of reflection of your money into your account may vary according to the transaction time of banks.

What are the conditions of return?

For product size changes, you may get information from “Reach Us” part and from our support team via our whatsapp line. In returns, the products must not have been used, and they must be returned in their original container, with labels not removed and not torn, together with invoice therein. The used products are in no event accepted for return or replacement. After the product is received by us, it will be examined by the related units, and its return will be approved. This process takes 10 business days in average.
