By signing this letter of consent, I will be deemed to have given my consent for processing of my personal data in reliance upon the legal cause of “explicit consent” set down in 1st paragraph of Article 5 of the Personal Data Protection Law generally for the purposes of planning and implementation of the sales and marketing processes for the products and/or services of COPURS TEKSTİL SANAYI VE TICARET ANONIM SIRKETI, and establishment of communication with me through e-bulletin subscriptions, including, but not limited to, use of my personal data for sales and marketing activities designed specifically for me, and informing me about campaigns, and presentation of opportunities specifically for me, and conduct of promotional activities aimed at increasing volume, and planning and performance of customer relations management processes, and for sharing of my personal data with third parties in Turkey or abroad  for the same purposes and legal causes cited above.

I am hereby giving my explicit consent to the sending of commercial electronic messages and e-bulletins to me by telephone, SMS and e-mail/mail, and the processing/storage of my personal data for promotion, advertisement and information purposes, and the automatic sharing in the Company’s website of the photographs I am sharing in social media with #mysabella tag, and the sharing of my personal data with the relevant local and/or foreign support service providers (servers, hosting, software, cloud computing, suppliers, consultants, etc.) or with the local or foreign suppliers, business partners and other third parties cooperating with the Company for conduct of these activities and for the purposes listed above and detailed in the Public Disclosure Text.
